Sauteed Spinach

Easy, Yummy, Healty.

1 large package of baby spinach leaves
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper

Melt butter in a large sautee pan. Add spinach a little at a time, it will shrink up A LOT! Continue tossing as you add more spinach. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.

  1. You can also do this with Kale. It has a little more nutty texture than spinach. I've also done it by adding in a little minced garlic with the salt and pepper. YUM!
